The Tikvah Center

Three divisions, one community.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

The Tikvah Center is dedicated to the mission of empowering children on the autism spectrum to soar to their highest potentials. In our vibrant, child-centered environment, we craft personalized learning journeys for each student, tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
Our vision extends beyond education, as we are dedicated to equipping our students with the skills they need to thrive in inclusive spaces. From academic support to social-emotional learning, from ethical understanding to spiritual growth, our holistic curriculum fosters development across every facet of a child's being.
Led by a team of compassionate and expert educators, we employ cutting-edge, individualized intervention strategies rooted in the latest research. Through focused attention on language development, behavioral skills, and fostering independence, we help pave the way for our students' success.
What sets us apart is our commitment to inclusion. Unlike traditional programs, we provide ample opportunities for our students to engage in general education classrooms and social settings. With unwavering encouragement and steadfast support, they blossom into confident communicators and active participants in broader community life. Join us at the Tikvah Center, where every child's potential knows no bounds.

Individualized curriculum

Our goal is to help children reach their maximum potential. Students are challenged academically in a nurturing environment that meets their individual needs in a small class setting with opportunities for inclusion, both in the classroom and in social settings.

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) 4-5 years

Participation in this program does not guarantee admission into The Tikvah Center elementary school program.

Our ECI program at the Tikvah Center offers a 1:3 early intervention program in partnership with Florida International University (FIU). Under the supervision of a BCBA and classroom educator, FIU Masters’ students apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and individualized programming with evidence -based practices. This program provides support in all developmental domains (e.g. social-emotional, cognitive, language and literacy, fine and gross-motor skills) to build independence and self-help skills.

This program is offered in a full and half-day format.
